Credit Card Processing
Credit card payments are not processed immediately. They are reviewed to guarantee availability of all of the ordered items prior to completion of the transaction. You will be notified of any problems or changes with your order.
Shipping
Bright Hope ships all packages via FedEx:
Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified, for 6.5% of the total cost of merchandise ordered, with a minimum of $8.00. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Click here to see average delivery times from Fed Ex for your delivery zone.
Please note that FedEx cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Expedited Shipping: Equivalent to actual FedEx charges, no additional fees.
- Fed Ex Standard overnight – Delivery the next business day by 3 p.m. to most areas.
- FedEx 2Day- Delivery in 2 business days by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 7 p.m.
to residences.
- FedEx Express Saver - Delivery in 3 business days by 4:30 p.m. to most areas (by 7 p.m.to residences).
Backordered Items
We will inform you if we are out of stock on any items in your order. Our system does not accept backorders at this time. We will let you know when the item is expected and will call you when it arrives.
Returns and Damaged Items
Please inform us of any damaged items within 15 days of receiving your shipment and we will gladly replace them or credit your account! If you are not satisfied with an item please notify us immediately and we will arrange for return or replacement.
